Is your accommodation business performing as well as it should? Do you want (need!) it to do better?

Along with a lot of small business owners I expect you have and are experiencing all sorts of frustrations running your business.  More red tape, the need for more customers to satisfy higher utility costs, advertising charges, inflated insurance premiums … need I go on?

Where do you go for helpful, current, impartial and industry related advice?  If you talk to your professional advisors it costs you!  Your bank may not give out advice for free, unless there is something in it for them, in which case they are not impartial!  Your local authority has all the right information but are they to busy to talk to you?  In short you either do the research yourself which is time consuming and can be expensive. (And open to your own interpretation which may not always be correct and consequently may be even more expensive!). Or you pay exorbitant professional fees for what is sometimes very little advice.

Is there a better way? Yes there is!
